Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays).
In order to ensure a good delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order, once your package has been shipped. Delivery times are given for information purposes only, we cannot be held responsible for a delay related to the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery in The Netherlands:

The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout process.

Delivery is free for purchases over 100 euros.

In case of absence, your package will be delivered to the post office indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

 

Delivery within the European Union and internationally 

The delivery is done within 5 to 20 days once the order has been shipped: shipping costs and free delivery depending on the country. Free delivery in The Netherlands from €100.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

NB The entry into force of Brexit results in a change in customs fees for shipments to the United Kingdom. The customer will have to pay customs duties in the following cases: if the value of the shipment is greater than 150 euros, as well as for products that do not originate from the United Kingdom or the European Union.
